  • Strengthen organisational alignment and service culture through RB’s W.A.R.M. DNA and the Ikhlas From The Heart service philosophy.
  • Introduced Aira, RB’s first AI avatar and emcee, expanding the airline’s digital and AI-enabled communications capability.
  • Produced the official TBHM 2025 anthem using Suno AI, marking Brunei’s first AI-assisted national running event song.

Drafted Royal Brunei Airlines’ Crisis Communications and Social Media Emergency Response Manual. Served as Media Director during major incidents, including aircraft diversions and global disruptions such as the Icelandic volcanic ash crisis. Led high-sensitivity public communications requiring accuracy, empathy and institutional credibility.


Women in Aviation Advocacy | 2010 – Present
Led public storytelling highlighting RB’s female workforce. Produced The Story of the Three Lady Pilots, which generated significant international media coverage and positive global attention during a sensitive reputational period, including coverage by Al Jazeera and national recognition.

Core team member working with Interbrand on RB’s brand transformation. Led public engagement initiatives, teaser campaigns, aircraft livery and uniform launches, and international brand introduction events.


RB Dreamliner Programme & Betterfly Campaign | 2013
Played a key role in the design, communications, marketing and delivery of RB’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Responsibilities included aircraft interior and livery design, media engagement in Seattle prior to delivery, and the Betterfly experiential campaign in London and at World Travel Market.

Negotiated and executed complex international aircraft transactions, including Airbus A319 and A320 leases, the sale of Boeing B757 aircraft to Azerbaijan Airlines, the sale and leaseback of RB’s Boeing 777 with Singapore Airlines, and the lease and repossession of a Boeing 757 for Royal Tongan Airlines.
