• Reports directly to Managing Director of BSP
• Integrates and advances opportunities across the entire LPG value chain spanning across all the three Brunei Shell Joint Venture Companies (BSP, Brunei LNG Company and Brunei Shell Marketing)
• Aligns the BSJV as well as other critical stakeholders including regulators in the identification of risk (both technical and non-technical) and opportunities, and leads the development of integrated value-based LPG Project and Change Management Plans
• Oversees the progress of the execution of the plans to be reported to the Decision Executive and Board

• Seconded to Prime Minister's Office for three-year full-time assignment
• Served as Secretary to the MPEC, chaired by the Minister of Finance and Economy II, and Council's membership consisting of seven Ministers and two Deputy Ministers
• Developed strategic manpower plans and insights to address national employment challenges and to enhance manpower policies for sustainable growth including setting annual employment and recruitment targets for MPEC approval and monitored progress against targets. During tenure, national unemployment rate reduced from 7.3% (2020) to 5.2% (2023)
• Spearhead national workforce strategies, ensuring alignment with economic development goals
• Developed and executed vital workforce programs and policies, including National Minimum Wage Policy and a comprehensive National Manpower Blueprint,
• Developed and oversee the implementation of innovative skill-building initiatives and programs under government Human Resource Development (HRD) funding such as Program Jati Diri ( resilience program for TVET trainees) , TVET Scheme ( funding assistance to support youths with low qualifications to pursue further studies ) and Clinical Supervisory Program
• Led multi-stakeholder collaborations among government ministries, industry leaders, and private sector partners to strengthen Brunei’s employment ecosystem
• Managed sections and units under MPEC Secretariat including JobCentre Brunei (JCB) a national agency which supports employers and jobseekers on securing employment and workforce skilling
• Strengthened the brand and reputation of JCB through strategic communication and stakeholder engagement which resulted in demonstrably raised visibility and collaboration, and positive interest and regards from the public,
• Provided analytics and forecasting on labor market trends to support national strategic decision-making and for international reporting
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations
• As executive member for various government executive committees and board of governors for various public higher education institutions including universities , provide expert advise on progressive human capital policy and competency developments
• As appointed Board Director Member ( Vice Chairman) for Government Linked Companies, played instrumental role in providing strategic steer and direction in their pivotal business transformation.
