  • Ensure all materials, racks and storage areas have sufficient and appropriate labelling to clearly identify the materials for easy retrieval
  • Manage the transition of Project Materials issued out and Materials Return to Stock to ensure full transparency and clear records maintained in order to provide accurate reflection of stock levels at any one time
  • Responsible to create and update list of all materials with expiry dates for monthly review and action accordingly; ensure that materials are properly arranged and stored so that older materials are utilized first and expired materials are moved to quarantine area while awaiting asset disposal process
