• As a Quantity Surveyor Mechanical, responsible for preparing preliminary cost measures (PCM) and following up for approval, as well as following up on documents to prepare Actual Cost Measures (ACM)
• Conduct periodic site visits before and after completion of work, ensuring that quantities align with estimates

• Monitor shutdown activities, cost overruns, and underruns, and assist with variation and contract amendment requests
• Maintain cost and dispute reports, validate subcontractor invoices, attend monthly meetings, and ensure commercial entitlement is pursued
• Prepare the star rate for the activities submitted to client for approval for the activities beyond scope of work.
• Follow up for LSCI (LCMS SCOPE CHANGE INSTRUCTION) for any additional actives done at site.
• Promoting a safe working environment and demonstrating correct HSE behaviors and leadership

● Review Scope of works and AFC drawings before starting the projects to verify the Bill of quantity and measurement.
● Preparing monthly valuation as per site progress with complete supporting documents for submission.
● Preparing details from drawings like Bill of materials, Different type of weld joints, Quality inspections, NDT tests, scaffolding requirement, Blasting & painting, civil, electrical and instrumentation works etc. to support final measurement sheet preparation.
● Compiling and reviewing of all discipline final measurement sheets prior to finalizing for submission.
● Site survey for review and to verify the quantum of work monthly for controlling projects actual claim.
● Analyzing and verification of reports and reviewing the final test pack and as-built drawings for final billing.
● Preparing and submission of final billing with complete supporting documents.
● Reviewing CON/FTR/Site Reports & As built drawings etc. prior to include in final billing.
● Successfully completed 5 Major shutdown with more than 600 manpower
● Collecting and reviewing all subcontractor documents and estimations prior to including in monthly progress and final billing.
● Taking Cost control measures coordinating with site staff to control over claims.
● Preparing site and variation cost estimations to prepare CON/FTR.
● Co-coordinating with client QS to clear all clarifications against all bill and supporting document submissions.
● Monthly discussions with client QS to clear all dispute items in site level and raising management level for further discussions.
● Certification of all subcontractors’ monthly invoices with supporting documents for releasing payments.
● Review of Contract Documents for Terms & conditions, schedule of rates, rewards and penalties details and monitor execution team is fulfilling the requirements for billing.
● Prepare the star rate for the activities submitted to client for approval for the activities beyond scope of work.
● Review the daily planning reports, weekly progress reports and discuss with discipline engineers to generate the reports for non-scheduled items.
● Co-ordinate with Construction team to identify various activities involved with the job and advise site execution team about the documentation requirements for the estimation and billing.
● Co-ordinate with client QS for the certification of final billing submitted and give necessary clarifications on applied unit rates.
● Generate the monthly revenue reports and job close out reports to submit to QS manager.
● Keeping all the documents by proper tracking and filing system for easy access at any time of implementation.
