  • To conduct monthly flawless project delivery quality walk and to provide the reports and findings to the PTAS Aker Solutions (QAQC Department)
  • To register, monitor and to raise Quality Observation Cards and to ensure all Quality Observations cards raised are being closed before the timeline.
  • To issue timesheets for crew under SAPO projects and to ensure that all timesheets are approved and signed and to input all correct data for claiming purposes prior to submitting to the Contract Manager.

  • Registering, Tracking and monitoring of NCR, Lesson Learned, QOC, Risk Assessment & Treatment register and Management Review Meetings.
  • To conduct internal audit to related departments as per approved Internal audit Programme.
