- Assist the Inspection Engineer in preparing Inspection Workpacks and recording anomalies along with recommendations for repair in the company software.
- Assist the RBI Engineer in preparing inspection planning and scope for piping and pressure vessels, which includes Consequence of Failure, and Probability of Failure assessment, based on Shell-RBI methodology.
- Prepare Risk-Based Inspection integrity studies for Pressure Vessels and Tanks during pre- and post-turnaround phases.
- Involved in developing the master list for Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), dead legs, injection points, and buried piping study.
- Assisted in developing the Pressure Vessel NII scope aligned with HOIS-RP-103 guidelines.
- Conducted site inspections involving Storage Tank and Pressure Vessel entries, and reviewed inspection reports during Turnaround (TA).
- Supported daily and AD-HOC inspection activities, including CUPS, UT thickness measurement on pressure equipment, and visual inspections (GVI/CVI) of small bore piping.
