- Preparing on related paper works and filtration report for offshore filtration jobs, equipment list, material and parts requirements, recommendations, punch list, related QHSE documents such and PTW, JSA, and test certificates and etc.
- Rigs up and down on Baroid Filtration equipment on work location include spotting of equipment and correctly installing hoses lines and pumps.
- Ensuring rig site has adequate materials for routine maintenance and coordinating with immediate supervisor for the requisition of spare parts and materials and other matters related to operation.
- Conduct job site activities in accordance with HSE and customers best practice. (JSA, Safety Huddles, Risk Analysis/Assessments)
- Maintain an accurate inventory check on equipment and consumables on client’s location.
- Handling fluid such as brine (CaBr2) Calcium Bromide, (CaCl2) Calcium Chloride, (NaBr) Sodium Bromide and (NaCl) Sodium Chloride.
- Preparing and updating Weekly Spare Parts Tracker for all inventory and non-inventory items available on each rig that has been assigned to.
- Pre or post job preparations or cleaning and turn around maintenance of Baroid Filtration equipment
- Servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting on all Baroid Filtration equipment.
- To ensure all equipment under supervision is properly serviced and well maintained as per schedule and operating manual. To submit Weekly Maintenance Schedule to Head Office in for further evaluation.
