- Led fast track project of installation of Level High and Low Temperature protection for Ethane and Propane Storage tanks from concept to commissioning and PSSR.
- Facilitated HAZID for Challenging project of marine LNG Loading arm replacement. Supervising the consultancy on COSC, Vessel collision study,etc.

- Developed the concept of changing the Tank Group Oil transfer pump type, to operate in continuous operation mode. Performed QRA to demonstrate ALARP for the proposed new Pump location is at safely sitted with near by control room; this reduced 20% project cost of relocating existing facilities.
- Performed UNISIM dynamic simulation of PID16 pipeline supplying gas to Gadong power station, and suggested optimized depressurization and repressurization strategies meeting all safeguarding requirement (vent header momentum, safe venting) This reduced the pipeline outage from 5 days to 3 days.
- Formulated the concept of rationalizing the 5 tank groups into 3 tank groups considering the reduction in the onshore oil well production, pipeline integrity. This reduced the maintenance cost for TG's by 30%.
- Lead Process engineer for Layang Layang field development project for the new gas well and gas lift separator for supplying 0.5 mmscmd gas to the existing oil wells for gas lift.
- Developed standardized UNISIM simulation models for wells, header and production facilities which saved 30% of man hours for the department.

- Developed SOSOR and HAC drawings for 23 East and West Offshore platforms, 6 Onshore tank forms, 1 crude oil processing facility, 1 gas processing facility as per IP15 requirements
- Carried out Low temperature study for Rasau facility staggered blowdown project, performed dynamic simulation of blow down and estimate the fluid, metal temperature at tie-in to existing flare header. The existing flare header minimum design temperature was -7°C. Darat gas project HP separator BDV outlet temperature was -35°C, this simulation was essential to prove the temperature at tie-in point is above -7°C.
- Performed feasibility study for SCOT Rejuvenation Project-Fire water system. The scope of work involved identifying the gaps in the fire water system by checking the adequacy of existing fire water network, pump for the various fire water demand in PIPENET model
- Designed the new vent location for the oil storage tank in the Rasau Production facility, verified the dispersion and radiation using FRED simulation.
- Performed the Gap assessment of existing fire fighting system of BSM storage tank facilities with latest DEP requirements.
