Been poached by Baiduri Bank on 2nd April 2020 as a supervisor under sales and service team frontline and now based at The Main branch,Riverside.

To advised and assist the team and operations team as off when needed. Work with team to achieve the banks target assigned to each individual and as a whole.

Considered as a high breed sales team i am able to cope up with double responsibility from sales side and also operations as well as admins work e.g for decease and litigation customers.

Well equipped with product knowledge and day to day process for frontlines.
