· Ensure existing controls related to Card Operations Unit are maintained and strive to continuously tightening controls.
· Ensure prompt and accurate processing of all tasks in the Unit as per agreed timeline stipulated in SLAs; be it card application, card renewal, card replacement, cardholder data maintenance, filing of documentation, embossing of cards, packing of cards and dispatching of cards.
· Audit/evaluate Card Operation Unit activity or function ensuring that the unit is meeting contractual obligations works across functions and internal control procedures and acts as a critical resource in ensuring effective and compliant operations.
· Supervise staff development in Card Operation Unit to ensure effectiveness and efficiency as well as improve and maintain ongoing staff training in respect of new product knowledge and card regulations
· Monitor all new card applications, card renewals and card dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction is at its best.
· Manage the end to end card production process which involves the delivery of the cards to respective branches.
· Manage and control all card maintenance requests like expiration, address modification, billing address, card block due to fraud and loss.
· Play a lead role in all card related system testing for all enhancements and new systems.
· Involved in any card related UAT projects; and Adhoc project.
· Perform monthly card stock count of plastic cards to ensure it is balanced. To ensure sufficient stock for plastic cards/ card embossing stationery and card packing stationery.
· Respond to recommendations from the Internal Audit Department and based on the approval of senior management, implement the recommendations within the timeframe.
· Respond to all card networks instructions, regulations, rules and policies to ensure maximum compliance.
· Report and recommend any changes on the card operation policy and procedures.
· Familiar with Business Object, Flexcube system and Asccend System
· Familiar with Dragoness, Priority Pass, Visa Card and MasterCard
· Providing support to the Manager in various administrative duties.
· Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages
· Meeting with clients and present them with the SME products and its related services as and when required.
· Ensure prompt responses to customers' inquiries and immediately notify relevant parties of issues and other concerns.
