SKILL SUMMARY:

• Preventive, Predictive and corrective Maintenance on Rotating Equipment's.

• Perform overhauling the pump, compressor, steam turbine, gas turbine, gearbox, blower and mechanical seal.

• Planning of maintenance activities during day-to-day, scheduled outages, breakdowns and annual overhauls.

• Manpower allotment for completing the jobs and care about coworker safety.

• Coordination with other disciplines (Piping, Instrument and Electrical), Supervising subcontractors, and Cooperation worked with electrical and instrumentation maintenance department while applying mechanical maintenance plans.

PUMPS:

Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Rotary Pumps, size of the equipment varying from small to large and working in low, moderate and high-temperature medium including vertical pumps. Inspect the condition of the rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflector, wearing, mechanical seal, bearing, and coupling.

Involved in centrifugal pumps overhauling, mechanical seal assembling, and aligning the pump with the prime mover by Rim and Face Reverse & Graphical methods. Involved in repair activities such as plunger changing, diaphragm changing, check valve changing, and packing changing activities.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSORS:

Worked in Siemens, Man Turbo, and Novo Pignone (Italy) natural gas pumping and Gas Lift Centrifugal Compressors with seal and dry gas seal systems with various capacities. Involved in rotary centering, seal changing and bearing changing, thrust collar fixing, and its seal and lube oil circuit accessories maintenance.

RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS:

Worked in THOMASAN, NEUMAN & ESSER, and Ingersoll Rand are major inspection, PM, and CM. Like alignment, Web deflection, Main bearing, big end, small end bearing, crosshead, piston rod, liner, valve dismantling, and assembling.

MECHANICAL SEAL:

John Crane, Eagle Burgmann, Burgmann, and Flow Serve worked on all types of seals. Assembling, reconditioning, and replacing all types of mechanical seals such as single and double and tandem seals, single coil and multi-coil, and bellow types.

STEAM TURBINES:

Full overhauling maintenance and troubleshooting. Adjusting overspeed trip values. Inspection of governor power cylinder. Inspection and maintenance of lube oil cooler, filter, and accessories.

GAS TURBINE :

Perform major inspection and Combustion Inspection, Hot Gas Path Inspection like fuel nozzle, liner, crossfire tube, transition piece, IGV, axial compressor, bucket inspection, and replacement.

ALIGNMENTS:

Experience in alignment of Pumps, Compressors, Motors, and Turbines, etc. Alignment of pumps with prime movers by the method of Rim & Face, Reversible method, and Laser method Alignment.

GEAR BOX:

Worked on all types of gearboxes. Attended Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance. Adjusting the backlash, bearing alignment settings, oil seal checking, and replacing.

FANS & BLOWERS:

Having experience in changing the blade angles, tip clearance, tracking clearance, and belt-aligning tensioning in the pulley with the driver. Bearing changing and vibration checking.

HEAT EXCHANGERS:

• Proficient in conduction, convection, and heat exchange principles.

  PRESSURE VESSELS:
• Skilled in hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and vacuum testing for pressure vessel validation.
• Expertise in corrosion monitoring, fatigue analysis, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues such as cracks, leaks, and material degradation
• Familiar with codes and standards, including:

ASME BPVC Section VIII (Pressure Vessel Design).

• Skilled in Storage tanks, separators, and scrubbers.
• Expertise in Steam drums, condensers, and boilers.
• Experienced in boiler feed water line blinding and de blind.

MEASURING INSTRUMENTS HANDLING:

Dial Gauge (for alignment), Inside Micrometer, Outside Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Depth Gauge, Slip Gauge, Spirit Level, Master Level, Feeler Gauge, and Vibration Scanner (In mm/s).

SAFETY DEVICES:

Follow all safety rules and guidelines established by offshore, onshore, and actively participate in pre-job safety meetings, weekly safety meetings, and safety programs. Having good knowledge in permit to work, Job hazard analysis, and MSDS. H₂S Safety, Fire Safety, Fire Extinguisher (Foam, DCP & CO₂) used in fire classification, Breathing Apparatus, Safety Jacket, and Gas Detector.
