Managed daily tasks for improved productivity, prioritizing and completing assignments on time.
Ensures instructions (such as crediting Salaries, Allowances, any miscellaneous payments, data-entry Standing instructions and making payment transfer internally within TAIB or externally to other banks) are executed accurately and within the set service standard or cut off time,
Liaising with other counterparties (such as MUIB, Ministry of Finance, Travel Agents, private companies and other banks) and internal business stakeholders (such as Darussalam Holding Sdn. Bhd, Insuran Islam Taib Sdn Bhd and other departments in TAIB) on routine issues such as clarification, queries, solving issues and rectifications.
Observe confidentiality procedures and register and track accountable documentation to ensure security and control.
Prepare routine, standard reports in response to routine enquiries, or agendas of meetings, letters and internal documentation including taking minute of meeting.
Monitor office stationary usage and initiate replenishment action to maintain supply levels. This is to prevent from over-ordering and over-spending on unnecessary stationaries.
Receive and register incoming and outgoing internally or externally mails and processed accordingly.
Establish and maintain records and filing systems to ensure the Department can function effectively and efficiently; and documents are in a safe manner.
Card Centre Unit (Card Collection Unit)
Attending customers such as for new or replacement applications of cards such as Debit and Credit cards.
Making sure all the details and information are correct with supporting of relevant documents before processing for the applications and also before releasing the cards to the customers.
Processing card maintenances such as updating contact number, address, account number, block and un-block card in card system as well as maintaining closing or un-link card for closing account.
Receive and register incoming mails and processed accordingly.
Receiving and updating new cards in logging files for incoming and outgoing cards for the ease of cards balancing at end of day.
Responding inquiries from customers and branches regarding cards via e-mails, calls and from microsoft teams.
Prepared relevant details and supporting documents for forwarding cards to respective branches within TAIB.
Maintain and list all the records and filing of the documents before archival at AEGIS. This is to ensure that future retrieval can be easily locate their records.
