  • Perform site surveys on different platforms/locations for as-building of PEFS (P&ID), Hazardous Area Classification drawings, Piping G.A and PlotPlans
  • Create P&ID (PEFS) Well Tie-in & brownfield modification sketches as describe by the process engineer or from the BFD (basis for design) and distribute to process draftsman for drafting
  • Check & Update Key Drawing Deliverables (Process Engineering Flow Schemes or P&ID, Plot plans, Emergency Diagrams & Piping G.A.)
  • Ensure all the as-built drawings conform to the Shell DEP & BSP-12 standards
  • Ensure all As-built Copy Master Drawing received is timely return to BSP drawing office once the as-built is done
  • Check & Update Process Safeguarding Flow Schemes (PSFS & Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
  • Participate & give necessary inputs to process engineers during checking of as-built P&ID in preparation of technical queries regarding process safety & asset integrity of the existing hydrocarbon facilities
  • Schedule & Planning of Site Visits
  • As-built Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) Drawings
  • Coordinate with client to obtain missing information in PEFS/UEFS (P&ID) ei
  • Latest calibrated RV Set Pressure, Instruments Set Points & Level profiles
  • Preparation of Man-hour Estimate for As-built Projects
  • Making sure all deliverables are submitted within the deadline agreed upon with the client.
  • Ensure as-built PEFS (P&ID) is consistent with the Shutdown Cause & Effect Matrix (CEM's)
  • Coordinate with Control & Automation Team to ensure consistency of PEFS with Instrumentation deliverables (CEMS, Instruments Diagrams & Lay outs)
  • Checking & updates of all critical Refinery Drawings (P&ID, Plot plans) & Update to as-built for Asset Integrity & Process Safety
  • Chk’g of Piping G.A., Isometric drawings and Equipment Plot plans for WTI onshore & offshore Projects
  • Responsible for ensuring that all of the HSE requirements for site survey are fully understood and implemented
  • Perform inter-discipline deliverables checking
