Over the years, the motivation is always do better from the previous years. Upon given additional work responsibility, the motivation is to make it easier for the school. In 2020, I managed to construct my very own Lexile form that can accommodate almost 400 students in my previous school. And in 2021, when I was appointed as Senior Master (Academic), I was able to create an Excel Marksheet that was able to cover all the students (from year 1 to 6). Hence, that was the start where all teachers in my school uses a similar student record template.

The objective to make life easier for the school, teachers and students is the motivation for me to keep doing better. And now the motivation is getting bigger to improve myself as an educator who have all the necessary skills to try something new.

In my previous school, I taught PSR students for a total of 4 times, and Alhamdullilah, I managed to get an A grade for 3 years and a B for one academic year. I was responsible to teach English for the 4 academic years. Additionally, I also involved actively in helping my PSR students to try and score better in Mathematics. In 2017, my A to C percentage for my subject was 86.96%. In 2018, my A to C percentage for English increased to 91.67%. And it was during this year, Alhamdullilah, my school, Sekolah Rendah Perpindahan Kampong Bukit Beruang II made a record breaking year by managing to get 8 students to score 5A's in all 5 subjects. In 2021, unfortunately, I only managed 83.33% A to C for my subject. Bare in mind, in 2021, there was no PSR Examination due to the Covid-19 outbreak in Brunei Darussalam. And the results were fully taken from their School Assessed Marks (SAMs) throughout 2021. Finally, in the recent PSR Exam in 2023, I managed to get an A to C percentage of 89.66% for English. It is worth to note that the number of candidates taking PSR for the 4 years was relatively big as SR PKBB is located at Tutong Housing Scheme.

Was Head of Assessment (Upper Primary) for Cluster 5 which runs for 2 years (2018-2020)

An active member for Cluster 5 Football / Futsal Tournaments organized by Jabatan Pendidikan Ko-Kurikulum / Ministry of Education.
